§1 Service Scope

1. REVOC acts solely as an intermediary by listing pre-owned REVOC bags on behalf of sellers.

2. REVOC does not verify the accuracy of the listing content and is not responsible for any discrepancies between the listing and the actual product.

3. REVOC reserves the right to refuse any listing without providing a reason.

§2 Listing and Promotion

1. Upon submission, the seller's item will be listed in the Secondhand category on the REVOC store.

2. REVOC will promote the listing once through its social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram. This is a one-time promotion per listing.

§3 Seller Obligations

1. Sellers are required to inform REVOC promptly once their item has been sold.

2. Upon notification, REVOC will remove the listing from the store.

§4 Commission Fee

1. A commission fee of 25% of the final sale price is payable to REVOC by the seller upon successful sale of the item.

2. The commission fee should be transferred using one of the following methods:

§5 Final Provisions

1. By submitting a listing, the seller agrees to these terms and conditions.
