How do I place an order?

You can place an order via any of the following 4 methods:
Online REVOC is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product, choose all the necessary options from the menu, and click add to cart. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

What information do I need to provide for an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
1. Products code(s) (or names) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
2. Your shipping and billing addresses
3. Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
4. Email address – for order confirmation
5. Payment method – please provide a purchase order number and/or a credit card number to complete your order

How do I know REVOC Custom received my order?

When you check out and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e mail within a few minutes.

If you have emailed a purchase order to revoc@revoc.eu, a confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed during our regular office hours Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm CET.

On occasion, a credit card will be disapproved for a variety of reasons. In those situations you can contact us by e-mail: revoc@revoc.eu or by phone: +48 32 440 77 22 (6:00am -2:00pm CET)

How can I pay for my order?

Depending on the value of the order, the chosen method of delivery and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following methods of payment:
- transfer to bank account,
- PayPal payment,
- Payment by credit card.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are quoted in EUR by default, but you can also change them to:
- USD
- CHF
- GBP

Do you have a distributor in my country?

Our products can be ordered through our dealers located in various countries all over the world here: PARTNERS.

Please keep in mind that we strive to process the orders as soon as possible and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy.

Is the product in stock?

All of the products available at our store are produced on daily basis according to your demand. They can be ordered in various colors with various options, so we produce them for each of our customers individually.

In „SALE” section there are products ready for shipping in promotional prices.

You don’t have covers for my model on your website

In such situation contact us by e-mail: revoc@revoc.eu or by phone: +48 32 440 77 22 (6:00am -2:00pm CET).

We can produce covers for almost any model. For that we will require from you some photos of the model parts and then ask for measurements to make the proper project.

If you will accept the offer, mostly we are starting with sending the TEST covers (which can be done after the payment for the order).

After receiving feedback from TEST bags we are producing final bags with all the necessary adjustments.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use various couriers services to ensure you receive the best freight service possible.

Europe: GLS, EMS

All countries outside Europe + United Kingdom: FedEx, EMS

We can ship and deliver our products all across the world.

When will my order be shipped?

We know you're excited about your new purchase.

All of the products available at our store are produced on daily basis according to your demand. They can be ordered in various colors with various options, so we produce them for each of our customers individually.

Dispatch time depends of our current amount of orders, chosen item or peak period as well. Standard production takes 10 working days - but we reserve the right to prolong the time.

For each order you will receive confirmation when it’s taken to production, photo of produced order and message with shipment details as well.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sometimes you may need to have your products arrive elsewhere.

Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered). We recommend writing us e-mail: revoc@revoc.eu immediately upon realising that the address may be wrong with your order.

If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred or impossible to change the address. In that case contact our customer service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped - you will receive automatic e-mail with tracking number (if the order was placed directly at our online shop).

For orders taken individually by our customer service please send message to ask about the tracking: revoc@revoc.eu

PLEASE NOTE:
The tracking link won't show tracking information until your goods have been collected by the courier. This should usually be the same day. Please be aware that you may not see tracking progress until 24 hours of you receiving the automatic email.

How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

As our orders are processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be complex.
Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

Please contact our customer service directly if there's an issue or something that needs to be changed.

I have received the incorrect products

That's no good - we'll work with you to rectify the issue.

If you have received the incorrect product, we will have the right product sent to you promptly.
To return the incorrect product, we will send a courier to pick up the wrong products.
For that you will receive tracking number for the courier, who will arrive at standard delivery hours in next few days.

Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?

Shipping damage is frustrating here's what you can do.

Please notify your delivery driver upon receipt, ensuring they record it then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.

We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. Replacements will be promptly arranged with customer service team.
Please note: If the damages are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for the replacement costs.

Materials & Colors

Will the color I see on the screen match the product I will receive?

Colors will vary from what you see online as a result of your monitor, monitor settings, and color on image.

What materials are used on REVOC Custom products?

All our bags are made from multiple layers of fabric and foam. They are made from 4 layers:
- durable waterproof polyester fabric
- 4mm HQ foam,
- 1mm PCV foil,
- soft velour inside which is very convenient and safe in use.

The outer layer consists of durable and lasting PVC fabric with a unique texture. Its purpose is to protect your wing against external factors, e.g. water or sunlight.

The inside of the bags is lined with a velour fabric and does not contain any sharp or rough components, which could scratch the wing. The velvety, perfectly smooth interior guarantees safety for the polished surfaces of your airplane model. It also protects in maximum range the surfaces of the wings or other delicate parts.

To protect the wing and parts from external damage (eg impact, sharp edges) between the outer and inner layers we added an unique combination of high grade 4mm foam and 1mm strong PVC foil for more safe. The whole is finished with a wide and elegant trim in a classic black color.
