Every bag we send out undergoes a meticulous double quality and packing inspection, ensuring that you receive a product that's been carefully prepared just for you. We pack our products securely in 80um thick PE foil to safeguard them during transportation.

Once you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a verification link. We start processing your order as soon as it's accepted, informing you of our progress. The dispatch date of your order depends on product availability and your selected payment method, while the delivery time varies based on your chosen delivery method.

Product Availability

Alongside each product, there is an indication of dispatch time, ranging from as short as 48 hours to as long as a couple of weeks for less available items. Should any delays occur, we will notify you immediately.

Delivery Methods & Times

Courier (Fastest & Safest): We primarily use trusted courier services like GLS, FedEx or EMS. These services generally deliver within 2-5 days for European Union countries and 5-10 days for other countries, barring unforeseen complications.

Polish Post Office (Cheapest): This economical option typically delivers within 7-10 days within the European Union and 2-8 weeks for other countries.

In-Person Pickup (Easiest): Collect your order directly from our location at 1 Maja 13 A, 44-340 Godów. Store hours can be found under the Contact tab.
