Loyalty Program terms

§ 1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions," define the rules for conducting and participating in the loyalty program, addressed to customers of the online store shop.revoc.eu.

2. The Terms and Conditions specify the rules for granting, calculating, deducting, and claiming points accrued during the purchase of products.

3. The program is conducted from October 24, 2024, until further notice, with the end date to be announced by the organizer to participants at least one month in advance through information posted on the Organizer's Store website.

§ 2. Definitions

1. Customer – (1) A natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity; (2) A legal person; or (3) An organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, who has entered into or intends to enter into a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

2. Account – An Electronic Service identified by an individual name (login) and password provided by the Customer, a collection of resources in the Organizer's IT system where the data provided by the Customer and information about their Orders in the Store are stored.

3. Loyalty Program – A promotional campaign under the name "Loyalty Program" organized by the Organizer.

4. Discount – A percentage discount calculated from the current store price of the product.

5. Terms and Conditions – These terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program.

6. Store – The online store operated by the Organizer at the address shop.revoc.eu under the terms set forth in the Internet Store Rules.

§ 3. Conditions for Participation in the Loyalty Program

1. Participation in the Loyalty Program is free of charge and entirely voluntary.

2. The program involves awarding Points to Participants who place orders for Products through the Shopping Platform.

3. Employees of the Organizer and companies cooperating with the Organizer are excluded from participating in the Loyalty Program.

4. The condition for starting participation in the Loyalty Program is creating an account by registering in the store and making purchases in the Store. Customers who are already registered do not need to register again.

§ 4. Loyalty Program Rules

1. Only the price of Products is considered for the accrual of Points. Additional costs, such as shipping costs, are not included in the accrual of Points.

2. Canceling or not paying for purchases will result in the deduction of accrued points.

3. Points are accrued as follows:

  • For every 1 EUR spent on products, the Participant receives 1 point.
  • For subscribing to the newsletter, the Participant receives 100 points.

4. For the collected points, the Customer receives a permanent Discount on their Account. The discount levels are as follows:

  • 500 points - 1% permanent discount
  • 1000 points - 2% permanent discount
  • 1500 points - 3% permanent discount
  • 2000 points - 4% permanent discount
  • 2500 points - 5% permanent discount
  • 3000 points - 6% permanent discount
  • 3500 points - 7% permanent discount
  • 4000 points - 8% permanent discount
  • 4500 points - 9% permanent discount
  • 5000 points - 10% permanent discount

5. Upon exceeding the next point thresholds, the discount increases, up to a maximum value of 10%.

§ 5. Complaints

1. The Customer should inform the Organizer of any irregularities related to the Loyalty Program.

2. Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 business days from the date of receipt. When considering a complaint, the Organizer will apply the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

3. The Customer will be informed of the Organizer's decision via the provided email or phone. The Organizer's decision on the complaint is binding and final.

§ 6. Personal Data

1. The Organizer is the administrator of the Customers' personal data.

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in the Loyalty Program.

3. The legal basis for processing data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Loyalty Program.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. Any questions and comments can be directed to the email address: revoc@revoc.eu.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program or to replace it with another program. Customers will be informed of changes at least one month in advance.

3. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
